台灣近地面臭氧光化污染問題，早已是不爭的事實。1993年7月環保署啟用66個新的空氣品質監測站，由於新站普遍離地12公尺以上，且距離道路至少20公尺，因此較過去測站更能反應大範圍臭氧光化污染的實況。本文分析1993年7月~1994年12月環保署資料。
There is no dispute about the severe ozone pollution problem in Taiwan. In this paper, we have analyzed the air-quality data collected by the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) of the Executive Yuan during July 1993-December 1994.
