Abstract
黑卵蜂屬 ( Telenomus) 歸隸於膜翅目 (Hymenoptera)，卵細蜂科 (Scelionidae)，其大部分種類為鱗翅類昆蟲之重要寄生蜂，少數則為樁科、盲樁科、草蛉科及虻科等卵寄生蜂 (Ryu & Hirashima, 1985), 乃為農林作物害多生物防治常用之天敵。
Telenomus remus Nixon is redescribed and illustrated in this paper. This species is new to Taiwan, which was reared from eggs of Spodoptera litura (Fab.)
