Abstract

Calla lily (”Zantedeschia” spp.) is one of the economically important ornamental crops in Taiwan. In a field survey of calla lily conducted during 2005, plants showing symptoms of yellow spots and stripes on leaves were observed in Houli Township, one of the major areas for commercial production of ornamental crops in Taiwan. 彩色海芋（Zantedeschia spp.）是國內重要之經濟花卉，本研究於2005年在后里地區觀察到彩色海芋植株葉片出現黃色斑點及條斑病徵。取不同罹病植株病葉經由連續三次單斑接種於奎藜（Chenopodium quinoa）後，共獲得15個純系之病毒分離株。
