Abstract
台灣栽培的甜柿品種主要由日本引入，以‘富有’及‘次郎’為主。適合在台灣海拔600〜1500 公尺左右中部山區種植。對於台灣平地風土的適應性有其限制，在低海拔地區種植果實成熟時期氣溫偏高、日夜溫差小，有轉色困難、果肉質地較粗及果形偏小等問題，無法生產出高品質甜柿果實。 Most of the non-astringent persimmon cultivars (Diospyros kaki L.) cultivated in Taiwan were introduced from Japan. The major cultivars include ‘Fuyu’ and ‘Jiro’ which are successfully cultivated in the central mountain area of Taiwan 600 meters to 1500 meters above sea-level. The performance of fruit characteristic had poor peel color, more fiber, and smaller size which are not able to adapt very well in Taiwan lowland area.
