Abstract
由臺灣八個不同地區所蒐集的台南白玉米族群，經人工自交5個世代，並根據株型和穗型所選留的S5世代自交系合計291個為材料，以達生理成熟期之種子，每一自交系取10粒扁平型之種子進行籽粒重與果皮性狀之調查。
Pericarp characters was determined for kernels of 291 maize inbred lines of derived from eight Tainan-white population, planted at (TARI), Wufeng.Ten number of each inbred line were sampled for studying the pericarp characters.
