Abstract
本文敘述二氧化硫(SO2)傷害蔬菜作物的症狀、不同蔬菜作物或其品種對SO2之敏感性以及SO2的傷害與真菌化病害黑斑病發生之交互作用。SO2傷害蔬菜作物之症狀可分為乾化、白化、褐化、黃化或水浸狀，依種類、處理濃度和處理時間而異，嚴重時造成葉片扭曲和萎凋。
This article describes the symptoms of various vegetable crops caused by sulfur dioxide (SO2) treatment, differential sensitivities of various vegetable crop species and/or their varieties to SO2, and the interactions of the SO2 damage and the occurrence of black spot disease.
