本試驗爲研究甘藷品種間塊根粗澱粉率之變域，以及氣候、土壤、期作及生長期等因子對塊根粗澱粉率之影響，以爲甘藷高澱粉品種育種及生產技術改進之參考。The experiments were conducted to investigate the varietal differences and the effect of environmental factors, such as location, year, crop season and length of growing season on the percent crude starch of sweet potatoes.
