Abstract
本試驗在分析國內自行育成之花椰菜品種之親本之親緣關係及適合做F1純度鑑定之分子標誌。參試品種（系）包括16個為F1品種及其32個親本的自交系和2個固定品種。
This study was to investigate genetic variation of cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis), using 16 commercial hybrid cultivars developed in Taiwan and their parental lines and two open pollinated lines; and to find molecular markers which can be used for testing F1 seed parity.
