Abstract
本試驗是以本省各地區之主要水稻栽培品種及新育成和引進品種（系），共172個樣品爲材料，分別以普通風選，Burrow's風選機風選及鹽水選(sp. gr. 106)處理後，測量稻殼、糙米及白米之粒長、粒幅、粒厚及容積重，並計算其糙米率、白米率及完整米率，詞查白米外貌品質（心白、腹白等），分析粒型對稻米市場品質之影響，並探討期作及地區與稻米品質之關係等問題，以供修訂稻米國家標準及水稻育種之參考，The main purpose of this experiment was to study the relationship between market qualities and grain characteristics. A total of 172 samples, including cultivated varieties from different localities and newly selected strains from TARI, were used in this study.
