Abstract
Three rice cultivars, Taichung (n) 1 (indica type) and Taichung 65 and Nakamura (japonica types), were used to immunize rabbits to obtain antisera. Another 37 rice cultivars from various countries were used as antigen sources for studies of antigen-antibody reactions between the two groups of cultivars. 用臺中在來一號（印度型）及臺中65號與中村（日本型）稻品種之谷粒蛋白質爲抗原(antigen)，注射於家兎之靜脈內，以製造抗血清(antisera)。另外將來自世界各國的稻品種蛋白質作爲抗原，進行抗原一抗體反應試驗以測定不同品種間之遺傳型。
