本試驗乃探討香水百合(Lilium oriental hybrid ”Casa Balanca”)經連續兩季接種四種不同叢枝內生菌根菌後，鱗莖的生長與磷含量的變化情形。在蛭石與珍珠石混合的介質中經第一季的生長，百合組培球分別接種四種不同菌根菌的處理，其生長勢皆較對照組差；但鱗莖內磷含量卻以接種Acaulospora scrobiculata的處理者為最高。
In this report, the inoculation effect of four different arbuscular Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMP) was recorded for two consecutive crop seasons, and was evaluated in terms of growth and the change of phosphorus content in oriental lily bulbs. At the first crop, all of the bulbs were cultivated in a mixed medium of vermiculite and pearlite, and the bulb growth in the four treatments of AMP was worse than control.
