Abstract
甘藷為台灣重要雜糧作物，栽培歷史悠久。甘藷營養豐富是均衡的保健食品，也是輔助性的食糧，包托莖葉在內更是良好的飼料，此外它的嫩葉及頂芽，可作為蔬菜。甘藷用途廣泛，適應性強，栽培上風險少，安定生高，台灣種植很普遍。
