Abstract
近來洋菇栽培者甚眾，且在栽培技術上多有改進與研究，以使單位面積產量提高且減少病虫害，然而在菌種製作方面仍沿用堆肥菌種及麥粒菌種，此二菌種在使用及製造上均有其優劣點，堆肥菌種製作手續麻煩，既費時又費工，自播種時費工亦多，菌絲蔓延亦慢，麥粒菌種雖可節省時間與勞力，但因本省氣候屬於亞熱帶性，在菌種製作時及播種時氣溫均甚高，而麥粒營養又過於豐富，以致易於感染雜菌，且播種後常受鼠類為害，故二種菌種均未臻理想。
This experiment is to test the straw powder mixed with organic and inorganic nutritions for making mushroom granular spawn. The formula is based on straw powder and adding 15% starch, 1% CaCO3, 0.5% KH2PO4, 1% Ca(NO3)2, 0.5% MgSO4, and 60% H2O.
