Abstract
在此研究中以依序平衡相對濕度測定法量測稻穀於不同溫度下的平衡相對濕度與平衡含水率的關係。實驗中所用樣本經由55-60℃之熱風加以處理。實驗結果顯示三種 ERH 模式適用於去濕之物性。兩種模式適用於回潮之性質。在25℃和45℃時，遲滯現象並不顯著。含有四參數之ERH模式其對數據的適稱性並未顯著地高於含三參數的ERH模式。The relationships of equilibrium relative humidity and equilibrium moisture content of rough rice at different temperature were measured by step-by-step ERH determinating method in this study. The sample was treated by the heated air at the range of 55-60℃. The experimental results indicated that three ERH models can serve as good model for desorption data. Two adequate ERH models could be used for adsorption data. The hystereses was in 25 and 45℃. The fitting-agreement of four-parameter ERH models did not have better performance than those of the three-parameter ERH models.
