Abstract
胡麻之壞疽嵌紋狀病害為可經桃蚜、棉蚜及大豆蚜媒介傳染之毒素病，無翅蚜蟲在胡麻病株獲毒吸食4小時即可獲毒，經20小時之接種吸食，可使供試胡麻健苗100%被傳染，該幼苗經蚜蟲傳染接種後7至25天即開始呈現壞疽嵌紋病癥。
A virus of Sesamum indicum L. showing necrotic mosaic was transmitted by Myzus persicae Sulzer, Aphis gossypii Glover and Aphis glycines Matsumura. Virus-free apterous adult of green peach aphid, cotton aphid, soybean aphid, fed on plants infected with Sesame necrotic mosaic virus for 4 hours of aquisition feeding transmitted the virus to 100 percent of healthy seedling of Sesamum indicum L. by inoculation feeding of 20 hours, the test plant developed necrotic mosaic symptoms 7 to 25 days after transmission.
