Abstract
本研究透過專利分析方法，以「木鱉果保健食品」為例，提出專利分析對於農技產業發展之重要性。方法論上，本研究以專利檢索流程取得有關木鱉果資訊，後搭配勾稽產業的專利分析，觀察木鱉果產業專利的布局現況。
This study presents the importance of patent analysis to the agri-biotechnology industry by using patent analysis methodology, with ＂gac fruit＂ as an example. This study uses common procedure to acquire patent information relating to ＂gac fruit＂. Along with industrial interpretation, patent analysis is conducted to observe ＂gac fruit＂ patenting status quo.
