於豬糞堆肥中繁衍有益微生物之研究

Abstract
用選擇性固氮細菌培養質或溶磷細菌培養基，分離出固氮能力強及溶解磷酸鈣與分泌酸酵素能力強之溶磷細菌。將溶磷細菌與固氮細菌製成菌劑，接種於豬糞堆肥中，探討於不同溫度條件下及水分含量豬糞堆肥，溶磷細菌與固氮細菌之族群數。結果顯示 65% 水分含量豬糞堆肥於 25℃ 溫度條件下，最適合溶磷細菌與固氮細菌的繁衍。固氮細菌菌劑添加于豬糞堆肥，有增加全氮含量的趨勢。
Nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria isolated from soils, decayed plant debrises or composts, with high nitrogenase activity or phosphate-solubilizing ability, were to make inoculants. The purpose of the research was to add the inoculants to swine compost to investigate their population variations. The results showed that 65% moisture content swine compost under 25 ℃ temperature was suitable condition for both the bacteria to propagate, and the nitrogen content of swine compost added with nitrogen-fixing bacterium inoculant was higher than that did not add.
