Abstract
香菇「臺農一號」係於1986年以段木栽培品系SL19與木屑包栽培品系271雜交而來。該品系由許多雜交品系中篩選而來，經過1987~1988進行品種比較試驗，1989~1990進行區域試驗及1991~1994進行大規模之栽培試驗後，顯示其具有經濟栽培之價值，並於1996年3月經農林廳命名審查通過。Shiitake strain ”Tainung No.1” was named after the hybridized strain M290 by the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute in 1996. The strain M290 was derived from a cross made in 1986 between a log-strain SL19 and a sawdust-strain 271. Then, it was selected out in 1987 for a series of growth and yield trials at different locations between 1987 and 1988, regional yield trials between 1989 and 1990; large scale of yield trials between 1991 and 1994. The strain M290 was found with economic yield and high quality of fruiting bodies.
