Abstract
供試 101 個番茄品種（品系）之抗南方根瘤線蟲（Meloidogyne incognita）篩選結果，有 15 種表現抵抗性， 4 種表現中感性， 82 種表現感病性。感病性品種形成嚴重根瘤，植株矮化，果實產量銳減，品質降低，早期枯葉死亡。低抗性品種在幼苗期，少數幼根可形成極小根瘤，惟其成株則未見有大型根瘤。
One hundred and one varieties/lines of tomato were screened in a root-knot nematode nursury for the resistance to Meloidogyne incognita.
Fifteen, 4 and 82 varieties/lines, respectively, were found either resistant, intermediate or susceptible.
A few small root-knots were observed in the roots of seedling of resistant varieties and failed to develop in the latter growing stage. The root-knots in the susceptible varieties, however, were more and larger than there in the intermediate and/or resistant varieties.
Susceptible plants also showed symptoms of yellowing, dwarf and decline with poor quality and quantity of fruits.
