Abstract
蘆筍為一強脫錫食品，因此台灣外銷之蘆筍罐頭常常發生嚴重脫錫問題。同時由於蘆筍罐頭必須有適當之錫溶入，才能促進色澤與香味，使品質臻於理想之境。 Asparagus is known as a kind of strong detinner, and therefore there have been occasional incidents of serious detinning of canned asparagus of Taiwan export.
