Abstract
一、本試驗所用開英種鳳梨有四系群，卽正常開英，沙窪，突目及三菱系，拉丁方排列，計16小區，小區面積42平方公尺(7×6 m)，畦間100公分，行間50公分，株距35公分，每畦二行，(每公頃理論栽植數38,095株)於45年8月28日設區栽植，各系群均用裔芽苗，栽後全面覆蓋稻草，施肥每年每株施用硫銨40公分，過磷酸石灰10公分，氯化鉀16公分，並以富粒多3,000倍液浸苗灌藥及用阿特靈100倍液噴佈地面以防治鳳梨紛介殼蟲與螞蟻。
(1) This experiment has been carried out in 1956. The four types which are Normal Smooth cayenne, Sarawak, Elevated eye and Collar of slips are useed and arrange in Latin square, 16 plots each has the area of 42 square meters (7×6m). The spacing between beds (2 rows) is 100 cm, between rows 50 cm, between plants 35 cm. The theoritical planting number is 38,095 per hectare. The slips were used to plant in August 28, 1956. After plnating they were mulching entirely with rice straw, fertilized with ammonium sulphate 40 g., calcium superphosphate 10 g., and potassium chloride 16 g., per plant per year. The mealy bugs were prevented by dipping the slips in Folidol solution (1:3,000) and the ants were controlled by spraying Aldrin solution (1:100) on the ground.
