Abstract
為減緩全球暖化加劇氣候變遷的趨勢，減少碳排放量勢在必行。雖然我國農業的碳排放量占總體排放量不高，但明顯受到衝擊。為友善地球環境，有必要盡力減少碳排放。盤點農產品的碳足跡，可以協助找出碳排放的熱點，進行有效率的減碳作為。根據環保署碳足跡資訊網與他國相關專家學者所盤查的多項農產品碳足跡資料，多數產品排放熱點為原料階段，其中肥料的使用是主要的碳排放源之一。因此為減少農產品的碳足跡，可從化學肥料的施用進行檢討。另依據環保署的碳足跡管理制度，行政院農業委員會於 2022 年開始逐步擴充農產品的碳足跡產品類別規則，可供相關農產業用以盤查農產品碳足跡。
It is imperative to reduce emissions for mitigation climate change. In order to be friendly to the global environment, it is necessary to do our best to reduce emissions, although the carbon emissions of Taiwan's agricultural sector account for a small proportion in the national inventory report. Inventorying the carbon footprint of agricultural products can help identify the hotspots of carbon emissions and carry out efficient carbon reduction. Review the carbon footprint data of agricultural products from the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) carbon footprint information platform and experts and emission hotspot for most products, with fertilizer being one of main sources of carbon emissions. Therefore, trying to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers can effectively reduce the carbon footprint of agricultural products. In addition, in accordance with the carbon footprint management system of the EPA, the Council of Agriculture will gradually expand the carbon footprint product category rules for agricultural products from 2022, which can be used by agricultural industries to inventory carbon footprint of agricultural products.
