Abstract
設施栽培在蔬菜生產上，無論春作或夏作均可促進葉菜類之生長並提高其產量。但對於結球性葉菜慈甘藍及結球白菜，僅能促進其外葉之生長，而阻礙結球，使結球延遲，結球小而不夠緊密，產量降低。但對於耐陰性之結球萵苣則影響較少。在花菜類如青花菜，設施栽培僅促進其營養生長，而使生殖生長延遲，因此其花蕾出現顯著較一般露地栽培慢。
This study was conducted to compare the effects of simple facility cultivation on the production of vegetables. The growth of the edible herbs and radish root was promoted and the yields were increased under simple facilities. But the heading of the head vegetables, such as cabbage and Chinese cabbage, and the flowering of edible flowers, such as broccoil, were delayed, and their yields also reduced, wheraeas the growth of lettuce was not affected.
