Abstract
在室內25℃±1℃下測試三種植物油，椰子油、棕櫚油及菜籽油對二點葉蟎(Tetranychus urticae Koch)的致死效果。三種植物油分別與HLB值為5.3、10.8及6.7非離子介面活性劑以1:1(V/V)混合，介面活性劑用Span 80與Tween 80調製。
Effects of three vegetable oils including coconut oil, palm oil and rapeseed oil on two-spot spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch) were examined under laboratory conditions (25℃±1℃). Nonionic surfactants were prepared using Span 80 and Tween 80. The hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) values were adjusted to 5.3, 10.8 and 6.7 and mixed with coconut oil, palm oil and rapeseed oil, respectively, at the ratio of 1:1 (V/V) to prepare emulsified solutions.
