Abstract
利用RAPD技術對29個桃品種進行遺傳相似度分析，篩選出35條隨機引子共擴增305條條帶，其中多態性條帶229條占75.1%。
The genetic relationships among 29 peach cultivars were analyzed by using RAPD technology. A total of 220 primers were screened for their ability to produce strongly amplified products. Out of 35 primers amplified 305 DNA bands, 229 of which were polymorphic (75.1%).
