Abstract
臺灣目前推廣之白色洋菇547 品系菌株子實體，其擔子柄經Giemsa 溶液染色後，發現洋菇單套染色體數目以9 為常見。
The nuclear behavior and chromosome number in the basidium of cultivated mushroom (Agariclts bisporus (Lange) Sing.) was studied by HCI-Giemsa technique and squash method. It reveals t hat the haploid chromosome numb er of cultivat ed mushroom strains used for commercial production in Taiwan is nine.
