Abstract

海峽兩岸於近期內謀思洽簽「兩岸經濟合作架構協議(Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement; ECFA)」，引起國人甚至於全球的關注。如何在利弊得失之中尋求較有利的條件，讓各方互利互惠樂於水到渠成，不僅是政府無可旁貸的責任，產業界亦當視此時機為轉型升級好契機。民眾也當本著求知求真精神，設法從各種資訊管道去瞭解來龍去脈，才不至於茫然無知而瞎子摸象，無法為個人利益早日規劃。ECFA 提供了臺灣農業精緻化、精品化與國際化的難得機會，重點在於新科技的導入、新經營模式的運用及新市場的開拓，以及如何去整合資源、建構通路及發揮創意，為農業開創出新的品味和新的價值。 The most current hot issue across the Formosa Strait is the cross-strait talk of the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) between Taiwan and Mainland. It is certainly the responsibility of the government to attain the better position and benefit in dealing with the negotiations. However, the local citizens are encouraged to find out What's On Guide, Things To Do and Where To Go, and the industries themselves should also take this opportunity to improve their competitiveness in the world market from the global view. In case of agriculture sector, farmers should consider that the ECFA provides an extraordinary chance for them to renovate agricultural technology, refine agricultural products and internationalize agricultural market. The key elements guided to regeneration of agriculture are the adoption of modern technologies, operation of new management models and diversification of world trades. With integrating of available resources, reconstructing of sales markets and revitalizing of creativity, it is more than possible that agriculture in Taiwan can find its own way to a higher level of fine taste and sector value.
