Abstract
在Czapek's 培養基中添加Malathion , Baythion 或Abate 對綠黴（Trichoderma uiride）菌絲生長均有抑制作用。因此未能利用此菌絲飼養粗緣癭蠅（Heteropeza pygmaea）幼蟲供作測定藥劑防治效果之用。
Malathion , Baythion , Abate 或Decis 調入玉米抽出液培養基（Corn extract agar）中，對洋菇菌絲生長均具極強抑制作用，將含有Malathion 乳劑或可濕性粉劑之500 或250 ppm 及Decis 500 ppm 之培養基，分別培養洋菇菌絲至20 及15 天均未能發育。
Adding some insecticides such as Malathion, Baythion, and Abate in Czapek’s media were found to be effective in inhibiting the mycelia growth of green mold (Trichoder- ma riride), which is usually used as food for mushroom cecid fly (Heteropeza pyg- maea). On the other hand when the same insecticides plus Decis were added in corn extract agar media which was inoculated mycelia of cultivated mushroom (Agaricus brunnesces), the strong inhibition of mushroom growth was also found. The result indicated that the current mushroom fly control chemical, i. e. Malathion, no matter used above or below practical concentration still could cause mushroom phytotoxicity or inhi- ting the mycelia growth of mushroom. Thus Malathion seems to ought to be baned for mushroom insect control agent.
