Abstract
The reciprocal crosses of sweetpotato ‘Nancy Hall’ (NH) × ‘Tainung 27’ (TN27), and ‘Chingshey purple’ (CP) × ‘Tainung 57’ (TN57) were conducted to investigate the inheritance of commercial traits.
與甘藷產量有關的性狀通常被認為是數量遺傳，受環境因子變異之影響極為顯著。本研究目的為尋找出與甘藷地上部鮮重、根鮮重、根數、根形狀、根皮色與肉色的數量性狀基因座 (QTL)連鎖之間單序列重複(ISSR) 標誌(marker)。
