Abstract

以水稻品種 Mira X Norin 20 之雜交組合為材料，探討水稻稻穀粒形之遺傳行為。經藉遺傳分析析出法分析的結果：發現兩親本稻穀粒形之差異由兩對有效因子所支配。數據顯示短粒形者對長粒形者為部份顯性，兩親本 Mira 及 Norin 20 之稻穀粒形的遺傳型被分別定為 aabb 及 AABB。 Two rice varieties, Mira(P1) and Norin 20(P2) were crossed to determine the genetic behaviour of grain shape as expressed by grain length/grain width ratio. By applying the partitioning method of genetic analysis, it was found that the grain shape was controlled by two pairs of effective genes. The data indicated the existence of partial phenotypic dominance for shorter grain (P2) over longer grain (P1). The genotypes of grain shape in P1 and P2 were determined to be aabb and AABB respectively.
