Abstract
評估由法國所引進的四個紫丁香蘑品系在洋茹堆肥中產菇情形，發現LNE2、LNP和LNG三品系均能產括，而LNB品系卻僅有菌絲生長。其中以LNE2出菇最早，產量亦最高，平均每袋為435.4克／2公斤堆肥，至於LNP和LNG兩品系則無顯著性差異，然LNG品系因菇體較為大型，因此選取LNE2和LNG兩品系進行單孢雜交。
Four strains of Lepista nuda from France (INRA) were cultivated on a mushroom compost for selection of suitable parental strains for culture improvement. The strain LNE2 was found to be the most productive among them. There were no significant difference in productivity between the strains LNG and LNP.
