Abstract

本研究以農業試驗所『火鶴花育種計畫』中收集的15個栽培種為材料，探討利用逢機增殖多型性DNA (randomly amplified polymorphic DNA; RAPD)分子技術作為品種鑑定及遺傳歧異性分析。 Fifteen Anthurium cultivars collected for the breeding program of Taiwan Agriculture Research Institute were evaluated by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) technique.
