Abstract
為確保健全無病之馬鈴薯原原種薯，乃於溫室內以個別檢定法檢定經三期血清方法田間檢定所得之健全種薯。供試種薯178個中，有133個發芽，利用血清法檢定X毒素之結果，11株為陽性反應，4株反應不明顯。約有百分之八十九之種薯為健全者。較之前三次田間檢定之結果，健全種薯之數目確有顯著增加。
One hundred and seventy eight healthy seed tubers obtained from the field inspected potato crops at Wu-feng Branch, Hsing-chu Agricultural Experiment Station were subjected to the tuber indexing in greenhouse. The presence of PVX in seedlings was examined by serological method and by inoculation tests. Among 133 seedlings examined, 11 showed positive reaction while 4 showed unclear reac-tion, nearly 89% of the seedlings tested were healthy.
