Abstract
本試驗以玉米自交系和單雜交種各四個為材料，於溫室環境下，利用細砂為栽培介質，並於玉米不同株齡期進行50mM NH4(上标 +)溶液連續澆灌18天後，調查幼苗乾物累積重與其銨同化酵素活性之表現。
To evaluate the relationships between ammonium assimilation enzyme activity and dry weight accumulation in maize seedling, seedlings of 4 inbred lines and 4 hybrids were grown in sand culture and supplemented with 50 mM NH4(superscript +) concentration at different plant stages in green house.
