Abstract
在玉米育種過程中，自交系組合力的相對大小之檢測為一重要工作。本研究以外來具有良好一般組合力之自交系為檢定親，進行不同地區台南白族群分離至 S4世代自交系之組合力檢定，結果顯示可很有效的把族群內自交系優劣加以區分。
Determination of the relative combining ability of corn (Zea mays L.) inbred lines is an important feature of applied corn breeding program. Combining ability is measured by the relative performance of a line in testcrosses to one or more tester.
