T. Wang)癒合組織與小塊莖之大量增殖。試驗結果顯示,塊莖來源癒合組織培養於添加1 mg/L 奈乙酸(α-naphthaleneacetic acid, NAA)與1 mg/L塞苯隆(thidiazuron, TDZ)之MS(Murashige & Skoog 1962)基本培養基,於黑暗環境培養4週增重可達11倍。 A two-stage micropropagation system for Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang, an important traditional Chinese medicinal plant, through callus proliferation followed by light treatment for tuber formation has been established in this study. The best callus proliferation was obtained under darkness on a Murashige and Skoog's (MS) basal medium supplemented with 1 mg/L α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) in combination with 1 mg/L thidiazuron (TDZ). An 11-fold increasing of callus fresh weight was recorded after 4 weeks of culture. |
