Abstract: 
以6個玉米自交系及其相互雜交所獲得的30個Fl單交種為材料,在銨離子〔NH4+〕5種(0, 5, 25, 50, 100mM)濃度下,於恆溫(36±1℃)生長箱中進行發芽試驗。變方分析結果顯示銨離子濃度間、基因型間與銨離子濃度x基因型間之交感作用對所有發芽性狀均有極顯著之影響。
All possible cross combinations were made among six maize (Zea mays L.) inbred lines that selected from different germplasms. Seed germination test was carried out on Filter paper in petri dish. Three replicates, 50 seeds of each genotypes, were tested at five concentrations (0, 5, 25, 50, 100mM) of ammonium (NH4(superscript +). Applied by 30ml ammonium solution each petridish.
