Plants with 4 true-leaves were used for inoculation. Bulbs of calla lily were grown in the vermiculite-perlite-peat medium (6:3:1, v/v/v) with day/night temperatures as 23/18℃ and were fertilized with modified Hoagland's solution weekly. |
