微生物接種對洋桔梗生長與植體磷變化之研究

Abstract

本試驗利用接種叢枝菌根菌、溶磷細菌及游離性固氮細菌，期能幫助洋桔梗生長。洋桔梗幼苗在4個葉片時進行接種試驗，栽培介質為蛭石、珍珠石與泥炭苔的混合物（體積比為6:3:1），生長溫度為23℃/18℃（白天／晚上），每週以修正過的霍格蘭營養液澆灌。 The main purpose for this experiment was to evaluate the effect of VA mycorrhizal fungi (VA), phosphate-solubilizing (PS), and free-living nitrogen-fixing (NF) bacteria on the growth of Eustoma grandiflorum. Plants with 4 true-leaves were used for inoculation. Bulbs of calla lily were grown in the vermiculite-perlite-peat medium (6:3:1, v/v/v) with day/night temperatures as 23/18℃ and were fertilized with modified Hoagland's solution weekly.
