Abstract: 
本研究針對15個山藥品種系之植株及塊莖特性、不同海拔對其塊莖性狀與產量之影響、以及其塊莖內五種抗氧化酵素活性之差異,進行調查、分析、探討與評估,同時為開發多元化山藥優良品種系,進行四種不同類別山藥塊莖性狀與產量之比較試驗,所得結果可供選育兼具生產與抗氧化潛力之山藥優良品種系,及供進一步栽培、加工與醫藥利用之參考。
A part or total of 15 Dioscorea genotypes had been cultivated, analyzed, and evaluated at six counties in Taiwan in 1998. The results obtained from comparison test on the plant growth characteristics and yield potential of these Dioscorea plants indicated that 70W47, TNG1, TNG2, 70W34, 70W35, and 80W02 might be the most promising lines due to their high yield potential over 40 t/ha.
