番椒 (Capsicum spp.) 品系抗青枯病之篩選

Abstract

以剪葉接種法評估不同番椒品系對青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)之抗感性，共評估二批材料，計123個品系。第一批供試35個品種（系），皆為辣椒類型，其中包含13個臺灣商業品種與22個農試所自交系，發病指數最低為11.4%，最高為100%，而高抗、抗、感、高感病等級各有2、19、11及3個品種（系），顯示品種（系）間抗感病性差異明顯。 Two sets of pepper materials, totally 123 cultivars or lines, were screened for their resistance to bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum using a leaf-clip inoculation method. The first set of tested materials included 13 local commercial cultivars and 22 TARI inbreeding lines, which were all hot pepper type.
