Phizomatosa)莖頂培植體對降低細菌污染及生育的影響，並探討以組織培養大量繁殖種苗的可行性。 This paper describes a method of in vitro propagation of Heliconia psittacorum cv. Rhizomatosa by using terminal shoot tip explants. Various concentrations (25,50,100 and 500 mg/l) of cefotaxime were used in liquid Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium to control contamination. |
