dc.description.abstract利用組織培養配合γ-射線照射的處理方式,誘導蔓綠絨(Philodendron)產生變異,期由變異體中發現具有優良性狀的個體以做為品種開發的基礎。 Stem node explants derived from in vitro propagated shoots of four cultivars of Philodendron viz. 'Tuxla', 'Imperial Green', 'Red Princess', and 'Pluto' were irradiated with γ-rays (20 and 40 Gy) to induce variation.en_US
