Abstract: 
本試驗使用本省過去落花生育種上常用之親本及重要育成品種(系)共30種,探討利用逢機增殖多型性DNA(RAPD)標誌進行親緣關係之判別,並與農藝性狀之結果相互比較,期由歐氏距離做爲將來育種材料選定之參考,以提昇育種效率,並希望能發展出落花生種原判別鑑定之方法。
This experiment was conducted by using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA marker (RAPD marker) analysis to evaluate the genetic relationship of peanut germplasm. There are totally 30 varieties (lines), which were frequently supplied as the source of peanuts and main bred varieties (lines) in breeding program in Taiwan were analyzed.
