The medium containing N6 inorganic salts, MS organic substance, supplemented with 4 mg/1 NAA and 1mg/1 kinetin facilitated the direct production of plantlets from the cultured hybrid embryos. Culture of the hybrid plantlets on solid or liquid medium showed no significant difference in their multiplication rate. However, the survival rate was higher on the solid than in the liquid medium. |
