dc.description.abstract不同基因型的甘藷葉片培養於不添加任何植物生長調節劑之MS培養基,誘導根的形成及再生植株的能力較葉柄佳;0.2~1.0mg/l thidiazuron (TDZ)雖可使葉片及葉柄癒合組織誘導率達100%,但對根及植株之再生無效;以30天葉齡的組織培養試管苗葉片基部,較有利於根的形成、植株的再生及癒合組織的誘導。The ability of roots formation and plant regeneration from leaf was higher than that of petiole in different sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) varieties when the explants were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (1962) (MS) medium supplement with 3% sucrose and 0.9% agar.en_US
