甘藍及青花菜的花藥培養(I)品系、發育期及培養基與再生之關係

Abstract

甘藍初秋、和風及高峰三品種進行不同發育期的花藥培養；結果顯示花蕾在0.4公分以下（約晚單核期前）培養所誘導癒合組織率高。青花菜和甘藍各11品種（系）行花藥培養，培養基採用MS配方，另加2,4-D和BA不同濃度組合。甘藍於液態培養時的癒合組織生成率比固態培養高，唯癒合組織較光滑、鬆散；而品種間差異極大，癒合組織生成率介於0~47.3%。Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata) and broccoli (B. oleracea L. var. italica) anthers containing microspores between tetrad and late uninucleate stages (flower bud is about 2 to 4 mm in length) were successfully cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2, 4-D and BA for callus induction. Among 11 cabbage varieties, the callus formation was much improved in liquid medium instead of agar medium, and characterized with smooth and friable texture.
