Abstract: 
以土壤平板法及盆栽方怯測試土壤添加物對白絹病菌菌核發芽及病害發生之影響。土壤中含1%(w/w)量之苦茶渣時,可明顯促進病害的發生,加入1%量AR3無法有效抑制之。The soil-plated and inoculation-potted methods were used to test the effect of soil amendments on sclerotial germination and control of lily southern blight pathogen, Sclerotium rolfsii. Formulated soil amendment, AR 3 mixture, was able to significantly reduce the disease severity. However, the effectiveness of AR 3 mixture to the disease was nullified when soil was amended with 1% (w/w) oil tea dreg.
