Abstract: 
利用溫室型太陽能乾燥室於民國68年8月間進行龍眼鮮果之烘乾試驗,供試品種為詔安寮種(小粒種)、緞繻種(中粒種)、隘寮種(中粒種)、楊桃葉種(大粒種)等四品種,一般言之,烘乾期間,鮮果水份,小粒種較大粒種易消失,故烘乾所費時間小粒種亦較大粒種為短。烘乾至能保存兩個月,所需乾燥時問,小粒種為52小時,中粒種為58-60小時,而大粒種為62-64小時,出倉時之乾果率以緞繻種最高,詔安寮種最低,而果肉率亦以緞繻種最高,楊桃葉種最低,顯示中粒型龍眼品種,緞糯種最適合於乾果之加工,而小粒種與大粒種龍眼品種之加工效率則均較低。利用太陽能乾燥室可較慣行土爐法節省33%之烘乾成本。
