粒狀殺蟲劑對西瓜生育初期害蟲防治試驗

Abstract

應用粒狀殺蟲劑防治數種西瓜害蟲之結果顯示，各供試藥劑防治臺灣大蟋蟀效果均佳，其中以Thimet 10% G 及Temik 10% G 最優，次為Terracur-P 5% G , Furadan 3% G 及Contraven 10% G ；防治棉蚜以Furadan 3% G 與Temik 10% G 效果最優，藥效約50-70 天，其他藥劑則為30-50 天之間；淡色薊馬以Temik 10% G 及Furadan 3% G 效果最優，藥效於30-50 天之間；供試藥劑對葉潛蠅均具防治效力，其中以Furadan 3% G 、Contraven 10% G 、Temik 10% G 及Disyston 5% G 等藥效較優；神澤氏葉瞞以Temik 10% G 效果最優，藥效可維持至70 天左右，其餘藥劑防治效果較差。 The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effectiveness of several ganular insecticides in controlling the pests infestating on young watermelon plants. One-third of the insecticide was applied into planting holes prior to planting and the other two- thirds was side-dressed 10 days after permanent planting. The infestation of several pests was investigated at 10, 30, 50, 70 and 90 days after the second application of the insecticides. Thimet 10% G and Temik 10% G were most effective in controlling Taiwan giant cricke (Brachytrupes portentosus) followed by Terracur-P 5% G, Furadan 3% G and Contraven 10% G. Furadan while 3% G and Temik 10% G were effective in controlling cotton aphid (A. gossypii) and the effect could persist for 50 to 70 days. All the tested insecticides showed an effect of 30 to 50 days in controlling thrips (Thrips flavus). The most significant results were observed on the application of Furadan 3% G and Temik 10% G. Furadan 3% G, Contraven 10% G were effective in reducing the population of leaf miner (Liriomyza sp.) while Temik 10% G was the most effective insecticide in controlling the red mite (Tetranychus kanzawai) for up to 70 days after planting.
