dc.description.abstract以臺南5號與臺中184號爲親本的雜種第二代及混合品種,在田聞自然病圃進行抗稻熱病檢定,結果摘要如下:在抗葉稻熱病方面,就病斑型調查結果而言,混合品種較兩品種單獨栽培的平均值有偏向感病的趨勢;而雜種第二代則較混合品種抗病,尤其在最高分蘗期更爲明顯。就葉稻熱病的罹病率而言,混合品種的罹病率比其兩品種單獨栽培的平均罹病率爲低,而雜種第二代比混合品種抗病。雜種第二代感病後之恢復能力亦較混合品種爲強。 Tainan 5, a high yielding rice variety but susceptible to blast was crossed with a blast resistant variety, Taichung 184, in the spring of 1969, in order to study the reaction of F2 population to rice blast under field condition. Pure stand Tainan 5, Taichung 184, and their mixed variety were also used in comparison with the F2 population in this experiment. Randomized complete block design with two replications was used. In the spring crop of 1970, all experimental materials were transplanted in the field at a spacing of 20cm×25cm with single plant per hill. The plot size was 2×5m^2 and 200 plants were planted in each plot. The amount of nitrogen applied was 280 kg/ha. Types of the leaf blast lesions, percentage of the leaf blast, percentage of neck blast, and the grain yield were recorded and analyzed.en_US
